Educator-to-Educator Project 

Search Institute's Educator-to-Educator (E2R) Project – a schoolwide system for strengthening relationships among educators – is designed to:

• Understand the essential elements that make up strong and positive relationships between educators

• Develop and refine applied resources or activities that enhance educator-to-educator relationships

• Develop and test a suite of survey measures to better understand educator-to-educator relationships

Middle and High Schools Wanted

We are looking for a middle school or high school to participate in this research partnership opportunity. The partnering school will identify a team of five educators who will be engaged for approximately six months in refining the educator-to-educator relationships framework, applied resources, and measures. 

Focus of the Partnership

The team of educators will help Search Institute shape a framework and resources that will help strengthen relationships among educators and offer insights on the supporting structures necessary for educator-to-educator relationships within various school contexts.
